I have found that if I stay organized I can make a card in just a few minutes:) It all starts with organizing your scraps. I keep mine in binders by color.
Here you can see my binders are labeled by color (I sort them by the color of the rainbow). When I need to make a quick card, I can easily open a binder, grab a scrap and have what I need in no time!
For my background paper, I have a box that I can go to that has pre-cut ready to use paper that I have sorted by color. When I cut paper the first time, I always cut and extra piece and add it to this pile. It only takes a second and in the long run it saves so much time. Now I have a second piece that I can use later if I want to make a quick card like this.
This may seem like a lot of work but if you start by being organized, I find that in the long run, you can actually make cards much quicker. Between school and work and posting for two design teams, I have to stay organized!! I know everyone has there own way of doing things. I just wanted to share what works for me.
Thank you for stopping by! Be sure to stop by My Cricut Craft Room to see what the other Design Team members have in store for you today at Card Creating Tuesdays:)
