I am really excited to tell you that I am the featured guest designer on Getting Cricky today!! I have two cards for you that I designed using my K Andrew Designs Art Stamps.
Card #1 was designed as a friendship card. Using the Coffee and Tea for You and Me stamp set from K Andrews Designs Art Stamps, several different friendship stamps were first inked onto the white card stock. After they were dry, the card stock was cut in half. The red ribbon was added and this piece was taped to the black card stock. White gel pen was used to stitch around the card.
Card #2 is a "Miss You" card using the Coffee and Tea for You and Me stamp set from K Andrews Designs Art Stamps. I love this background paper I got for my birthday. It is a specialty card stock from "me and my Big ideas". It is paired with a vase from Kate's ABC's Cricut cartridge. The vase was embossed with the Cuttlebug Polka Dot embossing folder. Using button embellishments with twine gave this card a bit of pop:) Paper flowers with brads were also used for a bit of interest.
**Give-a-way**
If you would like to be eligible for a chance to win these two cards, you can become a follower of my blog and leave me a comment on this post. In your comment, let me know if you have any of K. Andrews Design Stamps:) I will use Random Organizer to pick a winner on Monday, September 12th.

Hi Madison! Shouting out to say THANK YOU to all the sponsors for the Labor of Love Halloween Hop, and congrats to all the winners. For the CardMonkey sponsor's prize, I'll be having one of the special needs kids at Pediatric Specialty Care choose a name randomly. The names they'll pick from are all of those belonging to the people who have submitted banners ... those who submitted more than one will have more than one chance to win the coveted prize.
ReplyDeleteWhat is the coveted prize, you ask? Me! HA-HA. No, not really ...but one of my handmade Cricut Cozy Covers. I don't sell these because they take a lot of time to make and love along the way. So I only give them out as prizes for my very special hops. I'll let you know who the winner is when the drawing is made.
So participants (banner makers), get your banners to me by Thursday, September 15 to be included in the drawing!! See the FB document for mailing addy.
....and Madison, THANK YOU for co-hosting this incredible hop. You're a doll baby!!
Fondly,
Ellen ♥ CardMonkey
