I love shopping at Goodwill and finding things that I can alter and make work for me. Today I am going to show you how I used two items I purchased at Goodwill and made them into one wearable item:) I love wearing one of a kind pieces to school!!
I started with this black tank top and blue long sleeve blouse. I used my sewing machine (no Cricut today, sorry) for this project. I cut a piece from the bottom of the black top. I removed the collar and sleeves from the blouse and sewed the front of the blouse together. I attached it to the black top and made it into a dress. I added some elastic to fit.
I can use my own accessories and I think it looks great!
What do you think? Want to hear the best part? The total price for my new dress is $7.00:) How great is that????
