Happy Sweet 16 MADISON!!
I (Candace from Paper Crafts by Candace) am so happy to be part of this surprise celebration! Madison is the sweetest girl :) and a fellow GIANTS FAN! So of course I had to incorporate that into a gift for her. :)
Here is a card that I made for Madison!! I used Sweet Treats Cricut Cartridge for the 16 candles. I used my spellbinders for the circle and scallop circle and then used various Pink by Design stamps to stamp "happy, sweet and to you".
I love my bind it all so I had to put together a notepad with it for Madison. I printed out the Giants label on cardstock and then used spellbinders to cut it out. The baseballs are a stamp from Pink by Design. Inside are lined 3x5 index cards.
