Throwback Thursday Challenge

My Creative Time Challenge #8
Birthday Theme:)
This week Emma at My Creative Time asked for a birthday themed project:) Nice timing for me because I was just invited to my friend Jackie's NEON themed party. I just had to create this neon birthday card for Jackie. Trust me, in person it is totally neon and really vibrant!!!
